Mr. Samsul Jaharudin is the General Manager of Kemakmuran 2000 Sdn. Bhd., bringing over 25 years of experience in Malaysia’s road maintenance and pavement technology industry. He began his career in 1997 with 3M Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Service Engineer for the Southeast Asia region, later advancing to Division Manager in 2010. Since joining Kemakmuran 2000 in 2012, he has been instrumental in managing major maintenance operations across the East Coast region and has led several innovation-driven initiatives in pavement sustainability and road marking systems.

His technical expertise and leadership have earned him recognition, including the Best Technical Paper Award at the 12th Malaysia Road Conference 2024 for his research on Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt (CRMA) in submerged road conditions. Mr. Samsul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Monash University, Australia, and actively collaborates with universities and government agencies on R&D of eco-friendly pavement materials.
