Mr. Satpal Singh Dhillon serves as the Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at PLUS Malaysia Berhad, the region’s largest expressway operator. He brings over 18 years of regional experience in governance, risk management, sustainability, and strategic planning. He joined PLUS’s senior leadership team in 2019 and established the Group’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function from the ground up, providing strategic oversight to the Board and Executive Committee.

Prior to his role at PLUS, he held leadership positions at top-tier consultancies where he honed his expertise in risk consulting and business transformation. In his current capacity, Mr. Satpal leads enterprise strategy, sustainability initiatives, compliance and corporate risk across PLUS’s nationwide highway network. He has been recognised for his leadership in risk management and sustainability practices across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
