Mr. Mahput bin Sairan is the Director of Strategy and Innovation at GFM Services Berhad, bringing over 28 years of leadership experience in asset and facilities management, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation. He oversees the company’s strategic planning, corporate communications, ICT development, and consultancy functions, driving innovation and operational excellence across GFM’s business divisions. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from RMIT University, Australia, Mr. Mahput is also a Certified Facility Management Manager (FMM) and a Certified QMS Lead Auditor.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in GFM, Sime Darby Property Selatan, and Global Facilities Management, contributing to the advancement of service delivery standards and system innovation. He has served on several national advisory panels, including the CIDB AFM Manual Advisory Team and the UTHM Industry Advisory Board, and is an active committee member of the Malaysian Association of Facility Management (MAFM). A respected speaker and trainer, Mr. Mahput continues to champion the integration of innovation, sustainability, and strategic leadership in Malaysia’s facilities management industry.
