Mr. Kunil Ramanajam is the Head of Product at Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the product and platform teams in advancing Malaysia’s digital payment and mobility solutions. He joined Touch ‘n Go in October 2022 as Head of RFID Product before assuming his current role in October 2023.

With over 14 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Kunil has built a strong track record in product management, digital transformation, and customer experience. Prior to joining Touch ‘n Go, he served as Head of Cash Management at Maybank Berhad, overseeing corporate deposits, payment solutions, and the Internet banking platform for corporate clients. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in consumer banking at Citibank and Maybank, managing portfolios in product management, payments, remittance, and customer segment strategy.
