With over 20 years of experience in FMCG marketing, branding, and people leadership across the ASEAN region, she brings a strategic blend of commercial insight and organizational agility to her role. At myNEWS, she oversees the Human Resources, Administration, and Centre of Excellence (COE) functions, driving organizational transformation and capability-building to support long-term business resilience.

Her leadership also extends to digital consumer engagement, where she provides strategic oversight of the company’s loyalty app and digital customer experience initiatives. In 2024, she undertook interim responsibilities for the Marketing department, reinforcing brand alignment and consumer engagement. Jaime’s cross-functional expertise continues to shape the evolution of modern retail experiences that connect mobility, community access, and sustainability along Malaysia’s expressways.
