Ir. Sufiyan Zakaria serves as Senior Civil Superintendent Engineer at the Road Facility Maintenance Branch of JKR Malaysia, where he oversees infrastructure maintenance operations across national roads and expressways. With extensive expertise in civil engineering, asset upkeep and facility management, he has contributed to the development and delivery of maintenance training programs and implementation frameworks.

He is active in promoting best practices in road facility maintenance, including condition monitoring, data-driven service standards and sustainable maintenance systems. His leadership supports JKR’s mission to maintain safe, reliable and efficient road infrastructure for Malaysia.
