Ir. Mohd Hadzmir bin Yusoff is the Deputy Director General (Operation) at Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM), where he oversees the operational management, maintenance, and safety of the nation’s tolled expressway network. A Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

Since joining LLM in 1993, Ir. Hadzmir has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in expressway planning, development, and management. His leadership has been central to advancing operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation within Malaysia’s highway industry. He also actively contributes to professional bodies including the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Malaysia, and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) Malaysia.
