Mr. Desmond Chin Yee Foong is the Chief Technology Officer of Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the company’s technology strategy, architecture, and digital infrastructure innovation. He joined Touch ‘n Go in November 2020 as Head of Tech Design and Solutioning before being promoted to CTO in May 2022. With more than 17 years of experience in application, enterprise, and system architecture, Desmond has been instrumental in shaping large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the banking and fintech sectors.

Prior to joining Touch ‘n Go, he served as Director in the Venture and Partnership Division of CIMB Group, driving digital product delivery and strategic collaborations. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years in CIMB’s Technology Division, overseeing key projects such as the Core Banking migrations in Malaysia and Indonesia, CIMB Vietnam’s Digital Core implementation, and the CIMB x Touch ‘n Go micro-lending platform.
