Ms. Davinder Kaur Gill is the Senior Vice President of the Infrastructure and Utilities Ratings team at RAM Rating Services Berhad. With over 20 years of experience in project finance and infrastructure credit assessment, she specializes in rating transactions across toll roads, power, telecommunications, ports, social infrastructure, and diversified conglomerates, covering both local and international markets.

Her analytical expertise positions her at the forefront of infrastructure financing and risk evaluation in Malaysia. Davinder also contributes to RAM’s rating methodologies and has authored several research papers on infrastructure risk management. As an HRD Corp-certified trainer, she is actively involved in developing and conducting capacity-building programs for industry professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
