YBhg. Datuk Ir. Mohd Shafawi bin Ishak is the Technical Director of Pintas Utama Sdn. Bhd., bringing nearly three decades of experience in civil and infrastructure engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). His expertise spans expressway and bridge construction, slope stabilization, drainage, and flood mitigation projects across Malaysia.

Prior to joining Pintas Utama, he served in several engineering consultancies and has led numerous large scale design and build infrastructure projects under the Public Works Department (JKR) and Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM). Known for his hands-on technical leadership and innovative engineering solutions, Datuk Ir. Shafawi continues to contribute to the advancement of Malaysia’s infrastructure industry. In recognition of his service, he was conferred the Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (DPSM) in 2022.
