Ms. Helena Remeo is the Undersecretary of the Facilities Management Division at the Ministry of Works Malaysia (KKR). With over 21 years of experience in public service, she has served across multiple ministries including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Tourism and Culture, and the Ministry of Home Affairs, before joining KKR in 2014. Her expertise spans international relations, tourism regulation, infrastructure planning, and facilities management.

At KKR, she oversees the strategic planning, development, and maintenance of government facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability. Ms. Helena holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a Diploma in Public Management from INTAN. Recognized for her leadership and versatility, she continues to drive organizational excellence within Malaysia’s public infrastructure sector.
