Mr. Mohd Fariz bin Ghazali is the Chief Executive Officer of Infrasel Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the management of approximately 4,100 kilometres of road network across the state of Selangor. Under his leadership, Infrasel has undergone a major transformation into a technology-driven, data-intelligent infrastructure organisation.

His strategic focus on digitalization, governance, and innovation has enhanced service reliability, efficiency, and transparency in public-road management. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Kumpulan Semesta Sdn. Bhd. (KSSB), where he spearheaded business diversification, digital transformation, and mineral-industry expansion.

At Infrasel, he has introduced AI-based monitoring, predictive analytics, and performance-based maintenance frameworks, aligning the company’s operations with the Selangor Smart State vision. Mr. Fariz continues to champion the integration of technology and sustainability in Malaysia’s infrastructure management sector.
