Ir. Haji Shukri bin Ishak is the Director of the Selangor Public Works Department (JKR Selangor), bringing over 26 years of experience in infrastructure development, project management, and strategic administration. He oversees state-level engineering operations, financial management, and workforce coordination for more than 2,000 personnel across Selangor.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership roles including Director of the Health Works Branch (Cawangan Kerja Kesihatan), Director of JKR KESEDAR, and Director of Property and Project Management at the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS). His expertise spans project delivery, policy implementation, and corporate governance, with a proven track record in delivering major government infrastructure projects.

He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
